Try the Free edition first. It opens every analysis and review feature and limits only highlight export, so you can check that shots are detected in your own footage before buying.

1. When we refund

We refund in full within 14 days of purchase in any of these cases:

The App does not install, or analysis or highlight export does not work on your PC, and support via [email protected] could not fix it
The same person bought the license more than once by mistake (the duplicate)
You paid but never received a license key, and resending it did not solve it

2. When we usually cannot refund

More than 14 days after purchase
Dissatisfaction with detection accuracy (missed shots, wrong scenes). Detection uses the same rules in the Free edition, so it can be checked beforehand, and correcting results on the review screen is how the product is meant to work. A clear failure with a specific camera or footage is handled under section 1.
Requests for a third PC after both activations are used (move one with "Deactivate on this PC" instead)

3. How to request and what happens

Email [email protected] with your order email address (or order number) and the reason, or request it from the payment provider's My Orders page (Lemon Squeezy). An approved refund is returned by the payment provider to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, the license key is deactivated and the App runs as the Free edition. Your jobs and exports on your PC remain.

4. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit the right of withdrawal under Korean e-commerce law or the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Where those rights are wider than this policy, they apply.

5. Plus subscription

You can cancel the subscription at any time from the payment provider's My Orders page. Cancelling stops the next renewal charge, and you keep access until the paid period ends. Paid subscription periods are not refunded as a rule. We do refund that charge in full when, within 14 days of the first payment, the Plus features (taste recommendations, model updates) do not work on your PC and support could not fix it, or when a renewal was charged after you cancelled. After cancellation or refund, Pro and the models and settings you already have remain yours.
